On 9-2-2006, a visit to the premises at the heading
business address by our field reporter revealed the following:
The address is a commercial & residential premises
outside of which no company name was seen on display.
The area of the premises is not known as our field
reporter could not gain entrance to the premises.
The outer door of the premises was locked. No one responded to our reporter's calls.
Our reporter then contacted the building management
office of the said building. The staff
in management office refused to provide the name of the occupant & alleged
that he has not heard of the name "Lee Siriporn".
Current land search indicates the property ownership of
the said premises as follows:
- Owner: Feng
Jiangying- Date of purchase & consideration: 7-11-2003 / HKD930,000- Date of mortgage & secured
amount: 7-11-2003 / ANS-
Mortgagee: HSBC
Our reporter inserted our co brochure and questionnaire
to the premises through the space below the door.
So far, we have not yet received any reply.
It is not ascertained whether SC is still in operation.
A call made to your provided mobile no. (852-94867581)
was answered by a Chinese male who claimed himself as "Lee Siriporn".
He refused to provide any information for our report
preparation & also alleged that he has no business operations in PR
China. On 10-2-2006, another call was
made to the given mobile no. This time
we managed to contact a Chinese female called Ms. Lee. She alleged that she has not heard of your
given address (Rm A-3, 4/F, Blk A, Prat Mansion, 26-36 Prat Avenue,
Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, HK) & provided the current contact address of Lee
Siriporn as follows: - Flat A4, 9/F,
Mirador Mansion, 54-56 Nathan Road, Tsimshatsui, Kln., HK. She further disclosed that the name of the
company operated by Lee Siriporn is "Yihong Trading" and the office
telephone no. is 852-23013383. However,
current search indicates no such co. spelt as "Yihong Trading" is on
the incorporated companies list in both Companies Registry & Business Registration
office in HK.
On the same day, our reporter visited the aforementioned
address & reported as follows:
The address is a residential premises outside of which
no co. name was seen on display. The
gross area of the premises is estimated at 600 sq.ft. condition inside the
premises during our visit: Normal. A
Chinese female was contacted there. She
declined forwarding any information as SC is a private venture & need to
know the identity of the inquiring party.
She had promised to pass our message and deliver our brochure and
questionnaire to its principal(s).
However, we have not yet received any reply.
Current land search indicates the property ownership of
the said premises as follows:
- Owner: Lee Yiu

31-5-2001 / HKD880,000- Date of mortgage & secured amount: 31-5-2001 / ANS- Mortgagee: Industrial & Commercial Bank of China

has no directorship of other private limited companies registered in HK re
Search reveals that the name "Lee Siriporn"
provided by you has no business registration in HK and it should be the name of
a Chinese male.
The SC refused to release this section.
