More information was declined by Mr. Flores on
instructions from Mr. César Osejo Meurinne (General Director) who refuses to
provide more detailed information as he claims he is not interested in
obtaining foreign credit lines at this moment.

Flores are usually disinclined to provide information to third parties due to
increased crime activity and as they fear to be robbed or kidnapped.
