We
have contacted the Subject on November 14, 2006 and spoke with Mr. Mayank Shah,
CEO. Mr. Shah declined to provide information over the phone and asked for the
inquiry to be sent via e-mail to him. We have e-mailed a written request for
information to nydiamond@hotmail.com.
On
November 15, 2006, a follow up telephone call was placed to Mr. Shah regarding
our written inquiry. Mr. Shah confirmed to have received our e-mail, declined
to provide any information and terminated our telephone call.
Through
our research we believe the Subject to be engaged in the import and
distribution of diamond jewelry and other precious gem stones, however this
could not be confirmed by management.
At
this time no further information is available about the Subject. We have
completed a search with business registries and directories which have failed
to add any insight into the corporate structure, activities or financial
condition of this firm.
