of White Clay in India, the concerns has developed Tera-Porcelain by Bengal Red
Clay, having similar properties of Porcelain like - impact strength crazing
proof; scratch proof, micro oven proof low porosity, extra strong, lead and
cadmium free.
Infrastructure
The sound infrastructural
abilities and diligent workforce are their biggest assets that strengthen us in
fulfilling all they business objectives. The qualified artists and other
skilled workers use and experiment with ceramics technologies to produce their
outstanding products. They have the treasure of: Land Area – 35,000 sq.
ft., Working Shed – 10,700 sq. ft, R&D Office – 1,100 sq. ft., Store House
– 1,200 sq. ft, Laboratory–Ceramics Physical Lab with all the apparatus and
Library – 1,000 books on ceramics science, technology & design. Subject
employs ball mill, pot mill, blunzer agitator, filter press, de-airing pug mill
with per day capacity of two metric tonnes in their plant for raw material
processing. Jigger jolly, electric wheels hand press, electric press and
automatics casting machines are also used for the forming process.
