This is ADDITIONAL INFORMATION to the report
forwarded on January 8, 2007.
We must inform we made a second search in the
Registry of Companies but results were not favorable.
Other search made in different public gave rise the
same negative result Subject was not found.
On the other side, we called again the phone mumber
762 0597 and a fax answered. We sent a letter so they could contact us but so
far they have not replied. The other number, 574 4683, is out of service, it
seeems to be engaged.
We sent a message to the email appearing in your
order but we have not answer.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Be advised both the name and the address are
included herewith for reference since it was not possible to find Subject
Company in the Registry of Companies of Caracas.
The address as well as the phone numbers are not
complete or inexact, for this reason we were unable to find Subject domicile.
Av. La Estancia, only one in Caracas, is situated in Urb. Chuau. There, you
find one of the largest shopping centers of the country, consisting of five
floors. It is likely Subject is located in said shopping center but the Number
1059B makes difficult to find it.
On the other side, telephone numbers are not exact.
Some digits are missing or left. Nevertheless, we phoned 762 0597 in Caracas
and a fax responded. Then, we called 574 4683 and it appears to be engaged.
Through internet, we found only brief information
but it was not enough to find Subject.
We made a search with the name of the Presidet
(Nassief Moses) in order to get some phone but results were unfavorable.
No information could be obtained through other
sources. We will make a second search in the Registry of Companies and in other
sources.
