Features
» Machine is incorporated with Auto Infeed System, which senses the
incoming packets and operates automatically and accordingly.
» If there is film jam in between Pulling & Pressure Rollers, the
machine stops automatically to prevent the wastage of film as well damage to
the Pressure Roller
» If packet gets jam at entry point of
Turret Groove the machine stops automatically.
» There is fine air pressure applied to the BOPP film while being cut by
Fixed and Rotary Knives to prevent getting stuck up and also allows the film to
drop straight down to accommodate packets in pre-determined position.
» Apart from Swing Heater an additional heater is accommodated to get
the best sealing of both ends of the film length with a good overlap with
wrinkle free.
» Side folding (Top & Bottom of the packet) is neatly folded with
particular profile of folders.
» Side Heaters are fitted with Pneumatic system to make the heater move
backward to create a comfortable gap when machine stops for any reason so that
the packets on the track do not damage the folding position (or over burnt).
» If TOR is missing the machine stops.
» Bottom and Top Hot Plates ( Heater ) are fitted to allow the packets
to pass in between while the Top Hot Plate moves up and down to allow the
movement ( prevent the rubbing ) of packets so that the best quality of
wrapping is achieved. This will ensure total wrinkle free wrapping preferably
on Hinge Lid packets.
» Four packet collation at exit through
Pneumatic system .
» Electrical wiring with color code, numbering of every point of
connection. International branded equipment is used including Pneumatic System.
