three commercial heat treatment facilities in Haryana, India. The company was
established in 1979 with a small heat treatment shop which has now grown in
strength and brand and has become the largest fully equipped commercial heat
treatment unit providing Heat Treatment Services in India processing
approximately 800 tons of materials a month.
They have recently increased their capacity by installing the Vacuum Furnace
(Ipsen US make) with Isothermal Quench facility with 12 bar quench pressure.
This furnace is the first of its kind in India with the latest Ipsen patented
technologies AvaC™ (acetylene vacuum carburizing) and AvaC-N™ (vacuum
carbonitriding) capabilities.
Proven commitments to innovation and continuous upgrading of heat treatment
technologies have earned them ISO 9001:2000 certification Quality Supplier.

to provide customers with a broad range of experience in process development
