investigations have been conducted to identify the status of commercial
operations of the Subject Business Entity and the following were revealed :
1. The
Companies Registry (national Issuing Authority of corporate licenses) and
Inland Revenue Dept. (national Issuing Authority of business licenses) were
checked and there is no company or Business name registered that correlates
with the Subject Business Entity name listed above.
2.
Attempts were made to confirm the current commercial operation based on the
above telephone number and the following were revealed:
- They recognized the name "NOVACORP
INT'L GROUP LTD"
- The representative strictly refused to
disclose any information to confirm its current business operation without the
approval of their Manager, Mr. Goenke (complete name withheld) who was not
around at the time of our investigation.

Additionally, attempts to identify other commercial points of reference being
used by the Subject Business Entity proved to be unsuccessful. These include:
