HISTORY / BACKGROUND

On 23rd January 2007, we contacted one of the SC's Person in-charge, Mr. Rahim. According to him the SC was dormant since incorporation and currently in the midst of setting up its office. However the SC does not carry out any business and does not have any staff at this moment.
FINANCIAL COMMENTS
The SC is a dormant company. Thus it is not appropriate for us to comment on the SC's financial performance.
BASIS COMMENTS
The SC is a private limited company incorporated in 2003. The SC is under the control of Parveen Bt Abdul Rahim and Mohamed Shaheed Bin Abdul Rahim. We noted that the SC only has paid up capital of RM2. This means that its creditors are only able to recover a limited amount, should the SC go into liquidation. Besides that, our investigation revealed that the SC is a dormant company since incorporation. As a dormant company, it is inappropriate for us to comment on its creditworthiness. We are also unable to comment further on the SC due to limited information available. As a result, credit is not recommended to the SC.
