acid, alkali, solvent, grease, oil, sea water, detergent, jet fuel, etc.
Strong adhesion to metal, concrete, wood, brass. UREAFLOOR DURACHEMIE® UREAFLOOR is provides a wide
variety of formulation and application methods. The lining product is ideal
for restoring eroded concrete and for use high traffic and sever areas,
create a strong, dense surface at a fraction of the cost of slab replacement,
2 components urea hybrid system. CERAMETAL DURACHEMIE® CERAMETAL is a ceramic filled
polymer system. 100% solid. Rebuild damaged equipment. Fill up worn parts. High compressive
strength, chemical resistance and good bonding strength. Protect equipment
against wear and abrasion. DURAPOXY DURACHEMIE® DURAPOXY is a ceramic filled
and reinforced, two part epoxy that provides a high gloss, low friction
coating to protect against turbulence, abrasion, and cavitation used by
itself, durapoxy is recommended for sealing and protecting from corrosion and
wear. CERAMIC-CM DURACHEMIE® CERAMIC - CM a ceramic filled
polymer system. 100% solid. Brushable, sprayable. Protect equipment against
wear, abrasion, corrosion, chemical attack and cavitation. Provide high
glossy and friction surfaces. Also available as top coat over CERAMETAL for
lasting protection. GLASS LINING Durachemie® Glass lining Unsaturated
polyester resin system with glass flake strong bonding to steel, brass and bronze.
Protect equipments from most chemical attack, wear, abrasion. has 3 types CHEMFLOOR DURACHEMIE® CHEMFLOOR is a highly filled
quartz epoxy system designed for restoring old concrete or for the maximum
protection of new concrete. Areas damaged by chemical attack may be
resurfaced with CHEMFLOOR once the concrete has been adequately reconditioned
to a natural, clean state. CHEMFLOOR provides a highly resistant surface to
concentrated acids, alkalis, and solvents. It is an easily applied, trowelable
system that should be applied at a minimum 1/4 inch build in order to provide
maximum chemical resistance GLASS LINING Durachemie® Glass lining Unsaturated
polyester resin system with glass flake strong bonding to steel, brass and
bronze. Protect equipments from most chemical attack, wear, abrasion. has 3
types BACKING RESIN Durachemie® Backing resin is 100% reactive,
solvent free epoxy system. Ideal for use in all types of crushers, grinding
mills locks & dams. Non flammable. No need in melting or special
equipment. Having high volumetric stability that eliminates formation of gaps
between backing and liners or support structures DURA-AL DURACHEMIE® DURA-AL is a aluminum fillers
polymer system. 100%solid Troweable. Rebuild the damaged parts made of aluminum. DURA-BR DURACHEMIE® DURA-BR is a bronze filled
polymer system. 100% solid. Trowelable. Rebuild the damaged parts made of
bronze and brass. DURA-UW-P DURACHEMIE® DURA-UW-P is a brushable. 100%
solids system. Repair and rebuild underwater surface. Strong bonding to wood.
Concrete, steel, aluminum and brass under water service. CERA BEAD-L DURACHEMIE® CERA-BEAD-L is a Large ceramic
beads filled polymer system. 100% solid. Trowelable. Rebuild the damaged
equipments requiring resistance against hard sliding abrasion. Provide
outstanding bonding strength, anti chemical and anti-cavitation character..
Minimum thickness 6mm. CERA BEAD-S DURACHEMIE® CERA BEAD - S is a small
ceramic beads filled polymer system. 100% solid. Trowelable. Rebuild the damaged
equipment requiring resistance against light sliding abrasion. Minimum
thickness 4mm. DU-SLIP S3 DURAUREA DU-SLIP S3 is general purpose
antifouling paint and excellent physical properties 2 parts pure silicone
modified polyurea system, solvent free, 100% solid, sprayable polyurea
elastomer. It has excellent water proof, cold resistant, chemical resistant,
scratch resistant ,durability. DU-SLIP S5 DURAUREA DU-SLIP S5 is general purpose antifouling
paint and excellent physical properties 2 parts pure silicone modified
polyurea system, self levelling polyurea, solvent free, 100% solid, sprayable
polyurea elastomer. It has excellent water proof, cold resistant, chemical
resistant, scratch resistant, durability. DU-300 DU-300 is excellent physical properties 2
parts pure polyurea system, fast speed curing at room temperature, solvent
free, sprayable polyurea elastomer resin. It has excellent water proof, cold
resistant, chemical resistant, durability. X-FOAM X-FOAM is a 100% water-blown
environmentally-friendly product that reacting isocyanate and polymer resin
with high pressure spray machine |
