The address is a commercial premises outside of which SC's name was not seen on display. Instead, the following co. name(s) was/were seen on display:

The premises is occupied as office by Associated Consultants Ltd. which is a certified public accountants firm with sideline business in providing company secretarial services.

Our reporter then contacted a female staff member of the said co.

She refused disclosing any information regarding SC unless the identity of the inquiring party is disclosed.

She had promised to pass our message & deliver our brochure & questionnaire to SC's principal(s). However, we have not yet received any reply.

On the same day, our reporter also visited your given address: Suite C, 12/F, Two Chinachem Plaza (former name: Onfem Centre), 68 Connaught Road Central, HK and reported as follows:

The address is a commercial premises outside of which SC's name and "Clasico Holdings Ltd." were seen on display.

The gross area of the premises is estimated at 3,200 square feet.

Condition inside the premises during our visit: Normal

Office/factory outlay: Standard

Our reporter, then, contacted an unidentified female in the premises and she advised that no such co. as SC has been operating there. She advised us to go to 18/F of the building for further inquiry.

Our reporter then visited 18/F of the captioned building and reported as follows:

The premises is occupied as office by Trident Corporate Services (Asia) Ltd. which is a certified public accountants firm with sideline business in providing company secretarial services.

Our reporter then contacted a female staff member of the said co.

She refused disclosing any information on SC.

She had promised to pass our message & deliver our brochure & questionnaire to SC's principal(s). However, we have not yet received any reply.

Our current inquiry reveals that no such name as SC is registered as a current user of local fixed line telephone companies.

Outsides sources indicated the contact information of "Associated Consultants Ltd." (SC's corporate secretary) as follows:

A call was made to Tel: 852-28063686. We managed to contact Wong Cindy, a staff member of the said co. She claimed that the heading address is the correspondence address of SC in HK but she stated that SC has no operating office in HK. She refused disclosing any further information regarding SC unless the identity of the inquiring party is disclosed.

Outside sources indicated the contact information of "Trident Corporate Services (Asia) Ltd." as follows:

- Tel: 852-37603801 / 28052000A call was made to Tel: 852-37603801. We managed to contact Chiu Edmond, a staff member of the said co. He claimed that the said co. is a business centre and your given address is the former address of the said co. and the said co. has moved to 18/F of the captioned building. Besides, he stated that the said co. has ceased providing secretarial services to SC since May 2006. Your given address is the former correspondence address of SC in HK.

Despite having exhausted all our effort, we are unable to obtain sufficient information to assess SC's credit standing.
