B Teja Raju - Vice Chairman
Teja is one of the promoters of Maytas and has served on the
board of Maytas since 2001. He is an Engineer with an MS from Carnegie Mellon in
the US. He participated in the Young Entrepreneurs forum with Mr George Bush
(US President) at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Teja is also
actively engaged in the groups Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
through Byrraju foundation and EMRI.
P K Madhav – CEO
Madhav is a visionary leader and comes to Maytas after holding key leadership positions in large and diversified companies for over three decades. He believes in providing inspirational and transformational leadership to make teams do extraordinary things. A product of Rashtriya Indian Military School, Deharadun. Madhav has an MBA from FMS, Delhi and is also a qualified Company Secretary.
Mohan Gurunath - Head - Strategic Initiatives
An engineer with over 28 years experience in the financial
and infrastructure sector. Work experience includes 10 years with IDBI. Mohan
was also involved in the development of 4 power generation projects, a
transmission line project, acquisition of a power Discom and successfully
bidding for an airport and a metro rail project.

Kumar Subramanian - Head – Water, Oil & Gas
Kumar is a technocrat with 30 years experience in Transportation, Power, Water Supply and Oil & Gas. He worked on energy conservation projects related to efficiency improvement on induction motors and lighting loads. Mallik has 25 years of international experience as a

C S Raju started his career with GVK and was part of the team that built the first five star Hotel in Hyderabad. Rama Raju K V - Advisor - Business Development
Rama Raju K V has been associated with Infrastructure and
Real Estate sectors as advisor and entrepreneur for the past two decades. Rama
Raju earlier was advisor to the National Ship Design and Research Centre
(NSDRC), Vishakapatnam, India, and ICICI Infotech, for business development.
His extensive and key relationships have boosted Maytas to foray into Defence
buildings and new areas like Rural Electrification, Railways, Seaports and Oil
& Gas sectors. Rama Raju was instrumental in signing strategic JV deals
with several Indian and foreign companies. He is now responsible for business
development in all sectors.
Nagarjuna T – Planning
Nagarjuna is a Civil Engineer with 23 years of experience in the construction industry. He worked with Larsen and Toubro Limited (ECC Division) in various projects all over the country.
