other income was higher at Rs. 7.498 millions as against Rs. 6.255 millions of
the previous year. The management controlled the operating and establishment
expenses, which resulted in higher profit before tax of Rs. 52.130 millions as
against Rs. 33.205 millions of the previous year.

Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation has
appointed Madison PR to manage its Public Relations. MTDC was set up by the
Government of Maharashtra to systematically develop Tourism in the State in a
systematic and professional manner. It organizes several Festivals to promote
Tourism in Maharashtra. MTDC owns and maintains resorts at all key tourist
