The Subject Company is a Korea-based company
engaged in the manufacturing of agricultural machineries. The Company operates
four major divisions: Machinery division, which provides tractors, rice
transplanters, combines, binders, power tillers; Metal division, which provides
supplies stainless steel flatware, such as spoons, forks, hot-forged knives and
ceramic-coated products; Cigarette Filter division, which produces cigarette
filters, cellulose acetate filters, paper filters, dual filters, fragrant filters,
charcoal filters and triple filters, and Cultural Business division, which
imports newspapers, magazines and books from Japan. During the year ended
December 31, 2005, the Company had a production capacity of 26,056 agricultural
machineries and its actual output was 23,685 agricultural machineries. The
