Bonus depends on money-circulation of the moment. Illimar oom from Toom Tekstiil sais that in his company workers are motivated by extras if they manage with their piece-limit. Viljandi District best businessman Illimar Toom, the owner of Toom Tekstiil AS, doubles company turnover every year.

Illimar Toom and Innar Susi, co-workers on Mistra textile factory, built Toom Tekstiil five years ago. To begin with, they bought left empty rooms of sewing firm and started to make pillows and blankets. Enterprise was founded on 100 000 EEK loaned from bank, warrant was Toom's house.

Today Toom Tekstiil owns additionally factory in Abja-Paluoja, 3 more factories in Viljandi and a hotel in the centre of Viljandi.

During these years company doubled its turnover every year. Firm exports 95% of its production, mostly to

Germany.
Five years ago there was 3 employees in the company, now the number is 287. It's one of the biggest employers in Viljandi District. Medium salary is 3800 EEK that is higher than average salary in the district.
In the future, when Estonia will enter EU the customs will be in force. "Since our marginal is about 10% now, then customs will be the same,"- said Mr. Toom.
