Vide this modification Extension of the Equitable Mortgage of the Company’s Property created earlier as well as Equitable Mortgage of additional Property has been created in favour of the Bank as detailed below to secure the due repayment to Union Bank of India of all the amounts advanced or to be advanced and all the amounts under Term Loan facility of Rs.0.840 millions (O/S level) granted or to be granted by the Bank to M/s. Marvel Thermosets Private Limited together with interest, compound interest and /or additional interest in case of default, exchange fluctuations, costs, charges, expenses etc.
