Tilly" declined to disclose any information.

captioned address is occupied by a secretarial firm called "TMF Hong Kong
Limited". According to the staff of the secretarial firm, subject is one
of their clients. However, subject's management does not station in Hong Kong
and the secretarial firm is responsible for subject's registration affair only.
