Financial Results:
The Company has made net Profit before tax of Rs. 3.970 Millions in the
year 2006-2007 as against a profit of Rs. 3.862 Millions in the previous year
2005-06. The directors do not recommend declaration of any dividend keeping in
view the money to be ploughed in for operations of the company.
Operations:
Form the year 2000-01 the Company is undertaking fire fighting
maintenance contracts and labour contracts on behalf of the clients and is also
carrying out some fabrication work.
There has been a increased in the operations and the profit, the profit
have increased due to proper control and reduction in operating expenses. The
Directors are hopeful of increase in operations and better performance in the
current year.
