The Company has made net Profit before tax of Rs. 3.970 Millions in the year 2006-2007 as against a profit of Rs. 3.862 Millions in the previous year 2005-06. The directors do not recommend declaration of any dividend keeping in view the money to be ploughed in for operations of the company.

 

Operations:

 

Form the year 2000-01 the Company is undertaking fire fighting maintenance contracts and labour contracts on behalf of the clients and is also carrying out some fabrication work.
