b)       All those pieces and parcels of land admeasuring 6 Bighas 3 Biswas (1.7700 Hectares) covered by khasra No.366 (old khasra No.2520) generally known as Jag Mandir situated in Pichola lake, Udaipur together with all the buildings, constructions structures thereon and all plant and machinery attached to the earth or permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth.

c)       All those pieces and parcels of land admeasuring 5972 aq.mtr. covered by khasra No.428 (Min) generally known as motor garage (Garden Hotel) situated at udaipur together with all the buildings construction and structures thereon and all plant and machinery attached to the earth or permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth.

d)       All those pieces and parcels of land admeasuring 14048 sq. ft.
