To organize Hospital and Clinics for Diagnoses, care and Treatment of
disabled children and children in need of any other medical treatment.
Ø To undertake research activities in the field of diagnosis, care,
treatment and rehabilitation of disabled and crippled children.
Ø To create and educate public opinion on the problem of such afficted
children
Ø To collect, compile and publish statistics and maintain related to the
frequency of poliomyelitis in India.

should go without treatment because of the parents inability to meet
expenses.’ Every effort is made to find
the required finances through kind donors.

On date – The Children’s Orthopedic Hospital
which offers comprehensive diagnosis, medical and surgical care and total
rehabilitation [Physiotherapy, occupational Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Educational
Therapy] for Polio, Cerebral palsy and other disabling conditions. A fully equipped Appliances Workshop to
manufacture required calipers and prosthesis.
A recognized School for Remedial Education that assists children with a
variety of learning handicaps to secure 10th and 12th
Standard Certificates of the Open National School. Future expansion plans – to develop and establish facilities for
comprehensive pediatric healthcare.
Geographical Area of Operation
Located at Haji Ali in Mumbai, with one side
facing the Arabian Sea and access from K. Khadye Marg, the facilities are
ideally located in this large metropolis, Referrals come from distant suburbs
of the city and from neighbouring countries of Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Middle
East.
