The company has
decided to expand its Hydroxy Ehylene Director Phosphonic Acid (HEDP)
manufacturing capacities and has undertaken integration by producing
phosphorous Tri Chloride (PCL3) at its Mahad Project. The company has planned to set up additional
manufacturing capacities of 3500 MT per annum for HEDP and 2500 MT p.a. for PCL3
. Project cost for this

Currency Term Loan to part finance this project Proposed date of commencement

been marketing Methylene Bis Thiocyanate (MBT) in Europe & U.S.A. In order to place the products in European
