All piece or parcel of land measuring 4.803 acres out of 15.43 acres situated at mouza Reckjuani, J L No. 13, P S Rajahat, district North 24 Parganas Acquired by the Notification No. 382/HI/HG/NTP-2L, dated 13.07.2004 under Section 29(1) of West Bengal Housing Board act 1972 has been issued by the housing board Act 1972 has been issued by the housing Department Government of west Bengal by which the said 15.43 acres of land Has been transferred to west Bengal.
