1979 - Established as an
exclusive agent in Taiwan for Japan's KOBE STEEL LTD to distribute KOBELCO
construction machine.
1984 - Merged
"LIEN-FONG" and "FEELER" machinery factories and entered
into the field of machine tools manufacturing and selling.
1985 -
Established its Machine Tools Division.
1986 -
Completed the first moving column machining center.
1988 - Began to manufacture CNC
machine tools with the purchase of FEELER MACHINERY INDUSTRY CO LTD.
- Moved to its present office.
1989 - Undertook joint-ventures
in South Africa and Sweden for the establishment of computer assembly plants.
- Became a 100% CNC machine tools builder.
1993 - Successfully build
the 1st Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) in Taiwan for YU-LONG AUTOMOBILE CO
for production of the break drum.
1997 - Public debut of Flexible
Manufacturing System (FMS) for the Science and Technology Development program.
2000 -
Established Dajai Factory, the second factory of Machine Tools Division.
- Published
the research result for "High-Speed Milling and Cutting Machining Center
in Aluminum Alloy" of Science and Technology Development Program.
2001 - Joint venture with
TURBO CAM USA and established Turbo Fair Cooperation.
22 April,
2002 - Its shares for public
offering were terminated by Securities and Futures Commission, Ministry of
Finance and became delisted on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
2003 - Built the second complete set of Flexible
Manufacturing System (FMS) for college education usage in China.
2004 - Introduced the
new generation of NV product was with the implementation of new design concept,
this product quickly received wide market acceptance and became FEELER's
hottest selling product.
- Established the FEELER-TAKAMAZ joint venture.
2005 -
Debut of TV-510 Drilling & Tapping Center, a machine designed and
developed entirely by FEELER's China R&D.
