Bulk
The movement of commodities in bulk is legendary and is also one of their

road and rail in bulk through the company just for information they are

C and F Services
C and F services, as is popularly know, is getting the formalities, of
the Excise, Custom, Completed and cleared from the post (Air, Sea) and
forwarding the materials to their appropriate destination via a suitable mode.
Containers
of all types - 20', 22', 40', closed and open top are handled via trailers and
train both. Containerised door to door services are
available. Subject has own fleet of containers and containerised vehicles. They
also take a care of perishables in refrigerated containers by controlling the
temperature to as low as -4'c -0'c. Their containers pass through the most
stringent test before loading - like humidity check, leakage check, and floor
check only after these tests a container in loaded and set for the road.
Over Dimensional Consignment
Over dimensional consignment services are

Warehousing Services
Warehousing is being done by ARYA'S since
long, with warehouses spread across the country subject is well equipped to

The company expects its revenue to grow by 40 per cent in 2007-08 over
the Rs 2500.000 millions base and hopes to see a 20 per cent growth 2008-09
onwards, Indo Arya Logistics' Director, Mr Yogesh Arya,
told Business Line.
WAREHOUSES
Apart from the company's 5.14 lakh sq. ft warehouse in Haryana, it plans
to build another cold storage facility over 3.75-lakh sq. ft in the same region
in about a year.
Having invested Rs 270.000 millions for the 5.14-lakh sq. ft warehouse,
the company needs to invest another Rs 200.000-210.000 millions for the cold
storage facility. The cold storage facility would be a multi-level facility
with six floors, he said. "The land where this warehouse is situated
happens to be a 23 acre, salted water area," Mr Arya said adding
that warehouse would serve the retail, FMCG segment.
CONNECTIVITY
The warehouse is at a 12 km distance from the National Highway (NH) 1,
and 8 km from NH 10. Indo Arya, which has tied up with Pantaloon
and ITC Foods, for the warehouse, is in talks with other retail giants
including Reliance Fresh and Aditya Birla Group.
The nearest railheads are Kundli (about 12 km away) and Sampla (8 km
away). Indo Arya, which set up a regional distribution centre
(spread over 1.75 lakh sq. ft) in Hyderabad in April this year, also plans to
set up three more such regional distribution centres in Mumbai, Kolkata and
Chennai over the next two years. "The three regional distribution centres
would be spread over a total of one million square feet. They have identified
the land in Chennai," Mr Arya said
ACQUISITION
The company is also looking at acquiring freight forwarding firms with
expertise in retail and FMCG business and networks in India, France, Germany
and China.
