AS PER WEBSITE:
History:
Brissun Technologies is promoted by Mr. Vivek Bansal, a
technocrat and an entrepreneur who has the vision to develop new technologies in
the field of edible oil processing, alcohol and bio-fuels.
1995 : Syntech Engineering Systems was started by Mr. Vivek Bansal. Syntech
Engineering System has since been primarily into design and supply of heat
exchangers, pressure vessels, reactors and distillation columns. The company
has worked with various third parties such as EIL, Burea Veritas and Udhe to
name a few.
2000 : Mr. Bansal formed a separate entity, Lipid Systems Engineers Private
Limited to enter the project commissioning business in the field of edible oil
refining and executed various projects in that particular line of work. The
company specialized in the field of rice bran oil processing and supplied
plants of various capacities from 30 tpd to 250 tpd in rice bran oil and up to
350 tpd in CPO. They also supplied plants for all capacities for CPO, cotton
seed, soyabeen, sunflower oil other than RBO. During this phase all the
equipment manufacturing was taken care of by Syntech Engineering.
2005 : Company supplied its first multi pressure grain based distillary on a
turnkey basis and achieved milestone by successfully commissioning it.
2006 : Company supplied skid mounted ready to assemble modular bio diesel plant
to USA.
2007 : Another milestone was reached by integrating all business under the name
of Brissun Technologies to conduct the business of edible oil processing,
alcohol and bio fuels under one roof. Company has already bagged orders for
execution of edible oil projects from within the country and Nepal.
Company:
DESIGN and ENGINEERING
Design and engineering is done with the help of CAD / CAM,
computer aided software and professional engineers with 25 plus years of
experience in the field. The draftsmen are experienced and are proficient in
handling P and ID, Structural Layouts and all the detailed piping layouts as
per site requirements.
MANUFACTURING FACLITY
The company has a state of the art manufacturing set up at
MIDC Bhosari (main industrial hub of Pune), India.
The fabrication shed consists of modern welding machines, overhead crane for
material handling and skilled manpower with over 15 years experience n
manufacturing of process equipments as per ASME code, Section VIII, Division I.
TESTING FACILITY
Every piece of equipment fabricated undergoes hydraulic
pressure testing as per design specifications.
Radiography of weld joints is done as per ASME specifications. Welders are
qualified by third party inspection agencies and inspection is also done for
every piece of equipment by a third party inspection agency appointed by us to
make sure that the customers get the best in terms of quality.
ERECTION and COMMISIONING
We have a team of trained site engineers to take care of the
erection and commissioning of the project. They are experts in their field and
have the ability to execute the work effectively and efficiently so as to
deliver the project on time.
Sales:
They provide solutions that perform dependably around the
clock as per the customer's needs, but still all equipments need proper maintenance.
They are committed to providing after sales services in plant operations,
spares, instrumentation and process related matters.
Crucial supplies of original spares for centrifuges, pumps, instruments,
running parts are well stocked and can be shipped on a short notice so as to
reduce the down time of a plant.
Technologies:
They have supplied about 30 refineries from 30-350 TDP
plants on turnkey basis for rice bran oil, sunflower, soybean, cotton seed and
palm oil.
Rice bran oil is the strength; they can deliver the plants as per schedule to
the satisfaction of customers. They can process high FFA rice bran oil to the
required final FFA as low as 0.15% and colour as low as 15 units in 1” cell.
