Subject is a new company, having small service revenue. Trade relations are fair. Payments are reported as correct and as per

FURTHER INFORMATION
AS PER WEBSITE:
Subject is a young company with experienced professionals started in
October, 2006. The company is located in the city of Pune in India, which has a
reputation as an automotive hub of India.
Subject offers Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) Solutions and services
in the area of Product development cycle. The customers enjoy the most
effective seamless partnership with ESPL. They have expertise in automotive
domain especially in Powertrain, Underhood and BIW areas.
Subject has a strategic venture with a leading German automotive
supplier in the area of engine analyses using CFD and FEA techniques. They cater
for international as well as domestic customers.
Backed by the knowledge of engineering outsourcing process and project
management systems, ESPL easily gets integrated with customer during execution
phase.
4Cs@ESPL
Subject model is based on four values, "4Cs@ESPL".
These 4Cs are aimed to converge to arrive at a solution of another "C"
i.e. Customer satisfaction.
Competence:
They believe that Technical know-how is a minimum and basic requirement. Team
members are scheduled to have frequent trainings/ seminar to get aquainted with
latest trends in technologies and tools. Also, stress is given to understand
customer´s methodologies in long term. This helps to become domain expert
effectively.
Confidentiality and Information/ Data Security:
ESPL acknowledges importance of intellectual properties. Atmost care is taken
to keep information given by customer confidential. All employees and vendors
have to sign a strict confidentiality agreement when they are getting associated
with ESPL. Also they respect for intellectual properties of the software
vendors. Thats why only authenticated software tools are being used at ESPL.
Commitment for timely quality deliverables:
Based on the experience in product develpoement cycle, it is quite obivious
that CAE is a very crucial stage. Schedules for prototyping and manufacturing
of the product greatly rely on results of CAE. A small delay in CAE
deliverables may cause considerable loss in terms of time and money to
customers. In order to avoid these cumulative delays, execution of assignments/
projects are planned in line with customer´s delivery requirements in advance.
However no compromise is made on quality front for any reasons. At the begining
of excution, quality plan, intermediate and final delivery schedules are
defined in agreement with customer.
Cost Effective:
They
predict that in future, only those organisations will grow in market which will
be not only technically competent but also provide their solutions/ services at
highly competent commercial terms. This will be the key for success. And they
have learnt the same in advance.
CAE Solutions
Subject expertise in areas of structural simulations (Finite
Element Analyses) and flow and/ or heat transfer (Computational Fluid Dynamics)
as well.
It would have been very efficient way to demonstrate the skills by use of
graphical images/ animated movies, but as they greatly respect confidentiality
of customer´s product / information, they are unable to display any kind of
graphical images.
