D.M. Water Plants:
Two bed demineralisers comprising Cation and Anion units
produce almost distilled quality water without use of power by ion exchange
process.
Mixed Bed Deioniser produces multiple distilled quality water. It is normally
used for polishing the D.M. water produced from two beds D.M. plant.
Tailor made D.M. plants for industrial uses are available comprising Cation
unit, Degasser, Anion unit and Mixed Bed polisher.

VINAY Water Softeners:
VINAY water softeners are design specifically to suit the
requirements for soft drinks manufacturing unit as further European norms to
make more hygienic and paltadle for the human application. The high capacity
resins can be easily regenerated using common salt solution. Ejectors are
provided for injections. Up flow units with counter current regeneration
available for very hard waters. Negligible operating cost.
The Softeners are the remove / reduce of calcium and Magnesium ions, which are
principal cause of hardness in water.

Filters:
VINAY Pressure Filters produces sparkling clear water by
removing suspended matter, turbidity, dirt, dissolved iron, rust, oil, colour
and other organic impurities.
