During the period the company has achieved the profit of Rs.21.642 millions after providing depreciation of Rs.4.324 millions and provisions for Income Tax and FBT of Rs.11.486 millions. The Directors of the company were able to reasonably establish the business of the company during the previous year and with the existing encouraging trends in the real estate and property development field, they hope to do much better in the years to come.
