The subject has got an associated company Geotext Marketing Inc. [Geotext] located at the subject’s operating office.  However, Geotext has not registered in Hong Kong.  Geotext now has had liaison offices in Pakistan, Thailand, and associated offices in China, Bangladesh, Jordan and India.  Geotext is a Canada-based firm sourcing textiles in Asia.

The Managing Director of the subject Mr. Charles Joory, a British who is an experienced businessman.  He has been in Hong Kong for a very long time and is operating a group of companies located at the same office of the subject.
