Particulars of the present modification

The working capital limit has been reduced to INr 450 millions from INR 550 millions. The charge is secured with hypothecation of stocks of raw materials, work in progress, finished goods and book debts for securing the working capital limit of Rs. 450.000 millions. The company has to obtain prior consent of the bank before creating charge on any of the fixed assets of the company.

 

The final secured amount of SBI is Rs. 450.000 millions.
