BUSINESS PURPOSE: Manufacture, import, export,
distribution, purchase, sale, commercialization of all food and beverage, raw
materials for preparing food and beverages, processed and semi-finished
products, formulation development services and technical assistance in the
preparation of ingredients additives and raw materials for food processing and
beverages, everything related to the administration of goods of all kinds,

Incorporation.
To be aware of the importance today, of the quality
management, the Company is a certification process of ISO9000, counting with
HACCP standards, being the only manufacture in the area which counts with a
steam sterilization system to guarantee the microbiology of its products,
besides to count with a highly qualified human team in quality area who control
since the origins of raw materials, process, measurements, metals detection and
microbiological analysis.
The Company has its
own microbiologic laboratory, where they make essential and basic
analysis, as well as the control of physical and chemical and sensory
type. Besides they have a traceability
quality system to register and save information of each production lot, as well
as a retention area of any lot samples and an acceleration camera to the
measurement of shelf's life.

indeterminate since no accounting elements were available to asses this Company
current results. Based on what we
investigated it should be mentioned that TECNISPICE S.A. is a Salvadorian
company relatively young with a human resource and technology to offer complete
solutions to customers as for spices and additives as raw materials. The vision
of the Company is to become a leader in this line of business.
Although no balance sheets were available to
determine its real situation, it should be mentioned that no negative
backgrounds have been reported against its reputation
and recent references by the suppliers revealed
stable operations and credit used for variable amounts up to low 5 figures in
Dollars which are paid on time within 30 days. No negative comments were made.
