The subject does not have its own operating office.  Its registered office is in a commercial service firm located at Room B, 15/F., Ritza Plaza, 122 Austin Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong known as Pearlful Ltd. [Pearlful] which is handling its correspondences and documents.  Pearlful, has got a branch company in Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong, is also the corporate secretary of the subject.  The subject has no employees in Hong Kong.

According to the Companies Registry of Hong Kong, the subject has issued 10,000 ordinary shares of HK$1.00 each of which are equally owned by Mr. Pradeep Ramniklal Jhaveri and Eastcrown International Ltd. It is likely that the subject has got an affiliated company in Mumbai, India which is also operated by Jhaveri.  However details are unknown.
