Karl Mayer Textilmaschinenfabrik GmbH Files Patent
Application for Method for Generating a Pattern Warp and Pattern Warping Machine
Indian Patent News
28 May 2011
[What follows is the full text of the article.]
New Delhi, May 28
-- Germany based Karl Mayer Textilmaschinenfabrik GmbH filed patent application
for method for generating a pattern warp and pattern warping machine. The
inventor is Fuhr Martin.
Karl Mayer
Textilmaschinenfabrik GmbH filed the patent application on Sept. 27, 2010. The
patent application number is 2851/CHE/2010 A. The international classification
number is D02H.
According to the
Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, "A method for
generating a pattern warp is proposed, in which threads are deposited with the
aid of thread guides on transport surfaces which are arranged on the
circumference of a warping drum and which can be moved axially parallel to the
warping drum and a thread coat is generated, the thread guides and the
transport surfaces being moved in relation to one another during deposition. It
would be desirable to generate a pattern warp of high quality. For this
purpose, there is provision for at least one parameter of the thread coat on at
least one transport surface to be determined, and for the relative movement
between the thread guides and the transport surfaces to be controlled as a
function of the parameter determined."
