COMPANY RESULTS:

The Company earned Profit Before Tax of Rs. 8.931 millions during the year ended 31.03.2011 compared to a loss of Rs. 0.148 million for the previous year ended 31st March, 2010, mainly on account of the surplus remaining from the compensation of Rs. 230.200 millions received from The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturer Company Limited on sale of the commercial building and after adjusting the Company's and other expenses.
