technical and marketing cooperation agreement. REP became the marketing and after-sales
service agent for the subject compression range for the world, with the
exclusion of Asia. REP and subject create a new rubber injection presses under
the joint REP TUNG YU name. The new product will provide performance levels
higher than those of the Asian competition but at comparable prices.
