New Delhi, Oct. 13
-- Japan based Ishida Co. Ltd filed patent application for hopper, hopper unit,
and combination weighing apparatus. The inventors are Kishikawa Mikio, Shotsu
Toshikazu, Kageyama Toshiharu, Yoneda Yuta and Hayakawa Teruo.
Ishida Co. Ltd
filed the patent application on Oct. 1, 2009. The patent application number is
5805/CHENP/2009 A. The International classification number is B65B37/02.
According to the
Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, "A hopper is
provided with which damages of articles can be suppressed without lowering the
processing speed. A hopper includes a first hopper main body, and a first gate.
A first inner surface of the first gate forms a collecting space for holding
articles with the first hopper main body and stores articles in the interior of
the collecting space when in the closed state and discharges articles by
turning to open. The first inner surface includes a first upper slanted surface
and a first lower slanted surface that are continuous. An angle formed by the
first lower slanted surface and the horizontal plane is smaller than an angle
formed by the first upper slanted surface and the horizontal plane."
Ishida is a
Japanese multinational company which manufactures food packing machinery. It
has been in business since 1893 and remains a privately owned family business.
It invented the multihead weigher and today its product range includes
weighing, packing and inspection equipment and entire packing line solutions
for food and non-food industries.
