B. We dialed the mobile phone number (+86-13875330208), a lady named Sophia answered. She admitted the English name, and released that the Chinese name in translation is “金牛公司” or “金牛食品商行” or “金牛冻肉商行”, which are not registered legally in local State Administration of Industry & Commerce (SAIC).

 

 

C. Sophia also told us the following information,

d.      SC is mainly engaged in purchasing frozen meat from India.

Both Ms. Sophia and Ms. Zhang admitted that SC is currently working there.

 

 

REGISTRATION

 

According to the Chinese names  “金牛公司” or “金牛食品商行” or “金牛冻肉商行” Ms. Sophia released, a research was conducted with Guangzhou municipal and Guangdong Provincial Administration of Industry & Commerce (the official body of issuing and renewing business license), but no record of SC was found.

 

 

CONCLUSIONS

 

Based on the investigations performed, it has not been possible to prepare a normal credit report on SC. Given the circumstances, caution is advised related to dealings with persons claiming to represent such an entity.
