During the current interview conducted with the subjects Business Manager Gwen Welshman she confirmed the subjects search and operational details, before requesting that any further queries pertaining to the subject must be conducted in writing. An email was subsequently sent to her at gwen.welshman@umowLai.com.au.
Upon re-establishing contact with Ms Welshman, she advised that she had consulted with the subjects Managing director and advised that he was not interested in provided any details pertaining to the subject for the current enquiry.
As a result, details relating to the subjects trading and financial position were unable to be obtained.
The subject maintains a financing facility with the Westpac Bank, which is secured by a registered charge over certain fixed and floating assets of the company.
On June 9 June, 2010, the Queensland Government appointed Umow Lai to master plan the new $1.97 billion Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
