Mohamed Al Kharafi :
Jassim M. Al Kharafi is a
Kuwaiti national born on 8 December 1940.
He is married. He was educated
at Victoria College in Alexandria,
Egypt and was a former member of
the Kuwaiti National Assembly
(1975-1985) and Minister of
Finance and Economy (1985-1990). In July
2000 Jassim Al Kharafi was
elected parliamentary speaker and will
hold the post for three
parliamentary sessions.
