per Companies Registry, there is no such name registered in their file. We found that there are about 20 similar
companies registered and headed with “Power Tech …..” or “Powertech …..”. However, their registered offices are not
matched with your given address.
2. According
to Business Registration Office, the name of the subject is also not found in
the database.
3. Your
given address should be written as Flat D, 6/F., Hilton Tower,
96 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Our on-site investigator revealed that the
captioned address is a 17-storey residential building (From Basement, Lower
G/F., G/F., 1/F. to 14/F.). We are
unable to visit the captioned premise because the building is a private residential
property. Staff from the Management
Office of the building told us that the said premise is a residential unit but
also dealing in business. He refused to
disclose further information about the property.
4. According
to the Land Office, this premise is owned by a company known as Glory Mass Trading
Ltd. [GMTL]. The registered office of
GMTL is also located at this address.
GMTL bought this property on 26th August, 1993 at the price of
HK$5,700,000.00. No mortgage record was
registered against this property. For
further information of GMTL, please refer to the attachment.
5. The
captioned name is not listed in any available telephone and commercial
directories and also is unknown to other sources consulted.
6. No
legal actions were traced against the subject during the course of this
investigation.
In view of the lack of information, we have no basis
upon which to recommend credit ratings.
