NEW JERSEY 08540, USA Tel: (609) 452-0099 President: Jacob Katz Web page: http://www.matrixdataprocessing.com However, we could not link this company to either the address or the
phone number provided in the order. We called the number (609) 452-0099 but
every time we were answered by an Interactive Voice Recording Message that
asked us to enter a "remote access code" which we do not have so we
could not contact any representative. A search on the address provided returned several listings of a
company called Amway that operates as a supplier of vitamin and supplements.
We called this company at the number (201) 456-2374 but every time we were
answered by an Automated Voice Message. We left a message explaining the
reason for our calling and nobody called us back. Finally, we called the number provided in the order but the person
interviewed refused to provide us any kind of information without knowing the
name of the inquiring party. She even refused to confirm if the phone number
belongs or not to the subject and if the address is the one provided in the
order. She ended the call without providing her name, in a rude manner. |
