Upon investigation local sources were informed that the subject is an Offshore Sal company located in Beirut but with its head office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

A spokesman for the company in Beirut refused to divulge any information referring us back to the head office in Dubai.

 

The company in Dubai is a FZ LLC located in the Dubai Media City, it is therefore not registered with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.

 

When we attempted to speak to the Dubai head office they also refused to divulge any information.
