Particulars of the present modification

Bank had granted facilities of Rs.173.000 millions to the Borrower which was secured by hypothecation on Plant and machinery, Receivables of the Company on 24/11/2010. Said charge was modified on 25/01/2011. Now additional security is created by way of hypothecation on further other moveable assets and said charge is modified accordingly. Details of the additional property is more specifically described in attached annexure to Term Loan Agreement.
