The subject was incorporated in New Zealand on 10 June 2008.
Operations were founded as a new venture in July 2008 through the merger of Viko (NZ) Ltd and Kroma Colour Prints Ltd, two of New Zealand's longest serving large wholesale labs,
The subject operates as a provider of consumer photographic products and services. It fulfills kiosk and online orders for nationwide retailers such as Harvey Norman, Snapfish by HP, Fuji Image Service, Smiths City, as well as Pharmacy stores under the Digitalmax brand.
Products include such as hard & soft cover books, photo greeting cards and calendars, as well as the full range of traditional prints, posters and wrap-mounted canvas in all sizes.
Activities are conducted from premises located at the above listed trading address.
The subject is not required to lodge financial statements with the New Zealand Companies Office.
During the
current investigation all queries pertaining to the subject were forwarded to
Financial Controller Bin. He is presently away no annual leave and is not due
to return until 9 June 2011.
As a result, details pertaining to the subjects operating trading and financial position were unable to be obtained for the current enquiry.

During the current investigation, contact with the subject’s principals was unable to be established.
Subsequently details pertaining to the company’s suppliers were unable to be obtained and a trade survey could not be conducted.
