PERFORMANCE REVIEW:

The year 2009-10 shows sign of resurgence in the real estate market and company has taken full advantage of the same and had launched Residential and Commercial projects. In Commercial and residential segment the company has sold / booked sizable area.

The result of above effort shows an increase of over 258% in income from operations to Rs.1556.000 Millions from Rs. 434.000 Millions. The Profit after Tax (PAT) has increased to Rs. 328.200 Millions compared to Rs. 133.300 Millions in the previous year, an increase of over 146%.

FUTURE OUTLOOK:

The Company is expected to grow rapidly and has chalked out plans for the same. Apart from developing exclusive slum projects, the management is exploring various opportunities to undertake re-development projects as well. The number of mid and large size residential and commercial projects are in pipe-line and likely for launch in the current financial year, subject to unforeseen circumstances.
