BACKGROUND

 

Ampri Global Limited was incorporated on 5th May, 2011 with Registration Number (RC: 951607). The company is unknown at the address given as No. 25, Musa Yar’Adua Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos State, Nigeria. It is a three storey building with a car park at the entrance.

During our visit to the address given on 13th October, 2011, the security officer (a Police Officer) who attended to us disclosed that such company’s name does not exist in the building. He later directed us to one of the occupants of the building who also confirmed that such name is unknown to them. According to him, the name and address might probably be used by any of the other occupants for business purposes as there are many occupants in the building. All efforts to locate the company in the premises proved futile as no phone number was provided on the enquiry to contact the company’s representative.

Conclusion:  Based on our visit and brief discussion with the security officer and other occupants of the building, the company is newly registered, we are of the opinion that the address is being used as the contact address of the company as the company is invisible, CAC registration details notwithstanding. As such, we advise that any business relationship with the company should be done with extreme caution.
