LOCAL AGENCY FURTHER INFORMATION
Operations :
The ‘Pullman Central Park Hotel’ of the company is expected
to start commercial operations by way of soft opening by the end of third
quarter of current financial year.
During the year the company has availed rupee term loan of
Rs.500.000 millions and external commercial borrowings of USD 10 millions from
bank of India
for execution of Pullman Central Park Hotel project.
Nature of
Operations : Subject is engaged in the Construction of a Five Star Hotel in Gurgaon
under the Pullman brand of the Accor Group, Thailand.
Contingent Liabilities [As
on 31.03.2011]
- The Company avails the benefit of paying custom
duty under concessional rate under the EPCG License Scheme for various
imported materials for construction of Hotel. Under EPCG License Scheme,
the Company has export obligations for eight times of the amount of duty
saved within a period of eight years from the date of respective import.
The Company has provided Bank Guarantees to the Custom Authorities to the
extent of duty saved aggregating to Rs. 96.099 millions (Previous year Rs.
25.720 millions).
- Estimated amounts of contracts to be executed on
capital account and not provided for Rs. 495.488 millions (Previous year
Rs. 613.034 millions)
- Letter of credit opened against 110 % cash
margin but not matured are for Rs.Nil (Previous Year Rs.27.2
30 millions) as on 31st March,
2011.
