Department of Lang Son Province on 9th March 2011. Currently, it is operating
with registered capital as VND 5 billion and total labors as 3 people. Because
of new established company, the subject facilities are very simple. Its
office is a private house that the subject rented a room in the first floor
of the house for transactions. It does not have warehouse to store its good.
The important requirements with the subject are it must complete facilities,
organizational structure and find partners as well. It is
considered that the subject has just started its operation. It specializes in
importing, exporting and wholesaling agricultural products as bean and
peanut. Currently, its only buys bean and peanut from agents in Nghe An
Province - Vietnam then wholesales to others resellers and exports a small
part of commodities to China. According
to Ms. Nguyen Thi Chien - The subject's director, because of newly
established company, the subject's capital already contributed is less than
50% of its registered capital. Ms. Chien also stated that, the import
contract with Indian exporter is the first import contract of the subject
since establishment. In
general, the subject is the newly established company has small scale.
