OPERATIONS AND FUTURE PROSPECTS:

 

The Chairman informed the Board that the company is badly hit by the previous year’s recession. Global slowdown of economic conditions has largely affected on the Real Estate and Infrastructure Segment. This has affected largely on the company which resulted into losses of Rs. 59.516 millions However, now the economic conditions are stabilizing and showing positive effects on the economic conditions. The company is hopeful of increasing its business during next financial year. The Management of the company is of the opinion that the same trend will continue in the years to come and is hoping of getting more good business.
