Assessment:
On investigation contact was made with the member of the subject, MR E P NWAOKORIE, who stated that the correct
registered name of the business is THRANE ELECTRONICS CC.
When the investigator asked him about the registration details of the
close corporation and the contact details of his Accounting Officer, the call
was dropped. Several attempts to contact
the member again have proved unsuccessful.
Further investigations revealed that THRANE ELECTRONICS CC –
registration certificate number:
2005/071224/23 – was first and finally liquidated by the Master of the
High Court in Johannesburg in June 2011. (Therefore no
longer exists) This was confirmed by the Government Gazette, Reference Number
G1267/09.
We therefore have no basis upon which to recommend any credit dealings
whatsoever.
